Water



Water is very essential to our body.We won't die if we don't eat for one week but if we don't drink we will be dead.Our body need water to carry mineral,blood and so on to our organs.We need water also to adjust our body temperature.Water can balance up our body temperature at a ideal level and won't let it rise so high.Our body need also water to excrete our body toxic out of our body.If lack of water it is hard for body to excrete toxic totally.Besides, water will also let the blood less concentrate and it will help decrease the blood pressure and the heart can pump the blood thoroughly to our whole body.It will also can reduce the percentage to get heart problem as heart can pup the blood with normal strength as blood less concentrate.Therefore ,water is so crucial to our life,we must as least drink 6 to 8 big glasses of water per day.Water help improve health so don't hesitate and lazy to drink water.It is good for our body.
